About Me

For over 20 years now, I have focused my career on developing people, teams and organizations through customized training and OD interventions. Working with individuals in this capacity is a passion that, thankfully, I learned I had while still an undergrad student. Throughout the years, I have designed instructional materials, deployed training programs, facilitated meetings (strategy and problem-solving), coached employees through organizational change, worked with managers and team leaders to help build better teams for higher productivity, and developed managers into leaders who will positively affect the companies in which they work. And thankfully, all of these experiences have given me the breadth of knowledge needed to qualify me to help senior leaders turn their failing organizations around.

In addition to helping turnaround organizations, I am also working on my doctorate of strategic leadership degree. An exciting program, that takes all of the wonderful theories of leadership and strategy, that traditional PhD students spend years researching, and apply them in the workplace. The focus is therefore on the application of the theories, rather than on quantitative and qualitative research.

Currently my focus is on food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, but I have also worked with leaders in the non-profit, retail, printing and construction industries. I have a strong interest in working with leaders of institutions of higher education, which I aspire to.
